Is the gunman Chinese or Korean?

The tragedy happened yesterday at Virginia Tech was appalling. I feel so sorry for the victims. And I just cannot understand how one can get such large amount of ammo, and nobody gets alert. Isn’t it time to strengthen the control of fire arms?

It was really shocking when I saw the link (titled ‘Chinese student blamed for Virginia Tech massacre‘) this morning on Times Online. However, after I clicked on it, it turned out to be ‘Korean student blamed for Virginia Tech massacre’. What is indeed the identity of the gunman?
